Our district was established January 29th 1965, and we have been dedicated to supplying quality water to our customers for 56 years, and we look forward to continuing our dedication for many years to come.
Departments
Our water district is divided into 3 departments serving over 10,000 customers daily.
Our first Department is our main office.
Our office is located on 195 Old Sugar Creek Rd, near Highway 30. This office dispatches customer service calls to our distribution department, answers your questions and processes customer billing.
Our second Department is distribution.
This Department handles meter reading, leak repairs, meter installation and, responds to dispatched customer service calls. These are just a few of the things we do to provide service to your location.
Our third Department is the Water treatment plant.
This plant processes and treats on average 1.2 million gallons of water each day from the Big River. This treated water is then pumped to our storage tanks in the distribution system.
From these tanks, the water flows throughout the distribution system by way of gravity, delivering clean quality water for your use.
