How Bills are Calculated:
All bills are based on meter readings. When inclement weather prevents us from locating the meter pit or below freezing temperatures prevents us from opening the meter pit, your reading will be estimated.
This estimate will be based upon your previous three months usage. If we overestimate or underestimate your bill, we adjust your bill the next time that we are able to get an actual reading from your meter.
Payments:
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash, Checks
- Money Orders
- Major Credit and Debit cards.
- (There will be a charge for paying over the phone)

Check and money order payments can be mailed to: 195 Old Sugar Creek Road High Ridge, MO 63049 After-hour cash and check payments can be made through the drop slot next to the front door.
Prolonged Absence:
If you will be leaving on vacation or the property will be vacant for an extended period of time, please call the office to have your water shut off at the meter. This will protect you from any leaks in your home while you are away. If you leave your water on, you will pay a minimum bill amount. Call the office when you return and we will be happy to come back out and reconnect your service.
