Unauthorized use of A hydrant is one contributing factor to your rate increases.
"Only Water District Employees, and Fire Department personnel are permitted to connect to a hydrant." Anyone else must have a valid permit to do so." If you see someone connected to a Fire Hydrant and you are not sure they should be, "Do Not" confront them, get a license plate # and or a picture if you are able. We will investigate it.
